Due to the Unique Nature of Our Products: We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or contain bodily fluids. This policy is in place to protect health, safety, and personal privacy.
Defective or Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives in a defective or damaged condition unrelated to its collectible state, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis to determine if a replacement or partial refund is appropriate.
Health and Safety Considerations: Some items may be subjected to brief UV-C light exposure before packaging as part of our minimal handling protocol. This process is intended to reduce superficial microbial load but is not equivalent to sterilization or medical-grade disinfection. UV-C treatment is applied without altering the item's original state and is limited by surface shadows, material thickness, and exposure time.
These products are fetish collectibles, not intended for direct bodily contact, medical use, or intimate application. We do not apply chemical disinfectants, deep sanitization, or washing procedures that might interfere with their sensory authenticity, scent profile, or collectible value.
Underfy makes no claims about the absence of bacteria, viruses, allergens, or other biological material on any item. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that trace bodily fluids or biological residues may be present. Health concerns, perceived hygiene risk, or dissatisfaction related to microbial presence do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange once the item has been shipped.
Safe Handling Guidelines: To minimize any potential health risks, we recommend that all users handle pieces using disposable gloves or dedicated tools, and avoid direct skin or mucosal contact. Items should be kept away from the face and stored in sealed containers or bags when not in use. If you choose to further sanitize a piece, use methods that do not compromise its condition (e.g., storing in isolation, applying indirect ozone or light treatment at your own discretion). Under no circumstances should items be ingested, inserted, or shared between individuals.
Scent Longevity and Wear Evidence: Each piece is created to evoke authentic sensory appeal and may contain bodily fluids, scent traces, or visible markings. However, natural body odors and biological scents are volatile and may gradually fade during storage or shipping. Factors such as time in transit, temperature changes, and exposure to air can reduce the intensity of the scent by the time it reaches you.
While the original scent may diminish over time, most physical evidence—such as visible stains, coloration, or texture changes—remains intact. These attributes are part of what defines the item as a fetish collectible. By purchasing, you acknowledge that scent levels may vary and that scent loss does not qualify as a defect, refund, or return condition.
